The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to the Pacific Mall, major city attractions, and other shopping centers. the rooms are clean and comfortable, offering amenities like a TV and good wifi connection. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing a pleasant experience.
The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved upon.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to nearby malls, restaurants, and even the market. It was convenient for a budget traveler like me. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good WIFI connection and a TV. Plus, the view from the window was breathtaking, with a perfect-coned volcano in sight.
One downside I experienced was the lack of cleanliness in the room. there were some minor issues like ants in the room and a bathroom window that couldn't be shut entirely.
